FORMS TO BE DELIVERED TO THE REGULATOR OF COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANIES
To change, or specify, an asset lock body you are required to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the following documents:
1. A copy of the Special Resolution changing the clause.
2.
A copy of the Articles, as altered.

Important information
Before submitting this type of resolution it is strongly recommended that you consider checking the suitability of the asset-locked body with the Regulator.
If a community interest company inadvertently delivers a copy of a resolution to the Registrar of Companies nominating an organisation which is not an asset-locked body and it is placed on the public record the Regulator would require the community interest company to remedy the situation and meet the associated cost. See chapter 5 of the guidance.
