FORMS TO BE DELIVERED TO THE REGULATOR OF COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANIES
To change the object statement, a CIC must deliver to the Registrar of Companies the following documents:

1. A Form CC04 to notify the change of the company’s objects
2.
A copy of the Special Resolution changing the object statement of the articles.
3.
A printed copy of the Articles, as altered.
4.
A form CIC 14 , which contains the community interest statement and a statement of the steps that have been taken to bring the proposed alteration to the notice of the persons affected by the company’s activities signed by each of the company’s directors.
5.
Form CIC 14 - Continuation Sheets (use only if needed).
No fee is charged.
Process
The Registrar will refer the documents to the Regulator and will only register them if the Regulator gives her approval. The change does not take effect until the documents are registered.
